White First-Team NSCAA All-Region

ASC Champs Have Three On All-South Central Region Team

RICHARDSON, TX - UTD junior forward Kevin White, who tied a school record with 18 goals in helping lead the Comets to the 2007 American Southwest Conference champinship, has been named a first-team selection to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-South Central All-Region team.

White, a junior from Sugar Land (Dulles HS), was one of three first-team forwards selected from teams in the region.

Senior defender/midfielder Zac Lindley was an All-Region second-team selection. The senior from Owasso, Oklahoma was also recognized last year.

Midfielder Bruno Alonso, a first-year junior transfer from Mendoza, Argentina, was selected on the third-team squad.
