ABILENE, TX - The UTD cross country teams saw just how much ground they have to make up Saturday, finishing well in the back of the pack at the Division III State Cross Country Meet, hosted by McMurry University. Freshman Charles Williams was UTD's top male finisher with a 33rd place finish (30:48.96) while the men's team finished in sixth place, ahead of East Texas Baptist. The women's team got a 53rd place finish out of Brittany Fowler, but took seventh place overall in the team race.
