RECAP:  TLU advances to the ASC Tournament semifinals, defeating MC in a 3-0 sweep (25-23, 25-7, 34-32). The Bulldogs' Jessica Stetler amassed a tournament-best 17 kills, while Jamie Jahns chipped in 14 and Sarah Black added 11.

TLU coasted through the first two games, but the third culminated in dramatic fashion. Both teams were neck-and-neck heading down the stretch -- well past the 30-point mark -- until Jahns hammered two straight kills to give the Bulldogs a 34-32 in Game 3.

Stetler, who leads TLU in kills-per-game (3.36), had nine kills in the final game. She also contributed 13 digs.

The Bulldogs will now face UT Dallas in the 7:00 pm semifinal.

ANALYSIS:  MC fritters away a late lead in Game 3, then trades points with TLU in an exhausting back-and-forth battle. J. Stetler compiled nine (9) kills in the third game en route to a 17-kill performance.

J. Jahns powers two consecutive kills past MC's much-improved defense, completing TLU's three-game sweep and advancing to the ASC semifinals to face unbeaten UT Dallas.

ANALYSIS:  Simply put -- MC implodes in Game 2. The Lady Choctaws will need to make some major adjustments on both ends of the floor if they want a chance at forcing a fourth game. J. Jahns and J. Stetler continue to shine, recording eight (8) and six (6) kills, respectively, so far in today's second quarterfinal match. A. Curry has doled out 20 assists.

With J. Stetler still serving, TLU puts the finishing touches on an absolute drubbing in Game 2. The Bulldogs are rolling on all cylinders.
