The UTD ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT appreciates the contributions of volunteer action photographer
DOUGLAS FEJER, who has been providing professional-quality action photos of UTD sporting events
for the past three years. Now, you can order FULL COLOR PRINTS & ENLARGEMENTS of your favorite
UTD student-athlete in action - from 5x7 prints all the way up to 20x30 posters! Through Doug's
generosity, all proceeds benefit the UTD Athletic Department. So, please look over Doug's work,
pick out your favorite photos and ORDER YOUR REPRINTS TODAY!

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW to order.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Visit Doug Fejer's UTD website at: http://www.douglasfejer.com/UTD/index.html. View Doug's work from various
games involving your favorite team.

2. Select the photo(s) you would like to order prints of. IMPORTANT! - Click on the thumbnail of the photo and write
down the ID NUMBER of the photo. (If you open to view a larger version of the photograph, the number will be on the TITLE
line at the top of the browser windo. The number you need will be the final set of numbers after the final slash (/) mark; i.e. 2006-09-08-001.)

3. When you have finished selecting the photo(s) you wish to order, fill out this on-line form below.

4. Immediately send your payment (check/money order) to: UTD ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT; ATTN. BRUCE UNRUE; Box 830688;
AB10; RICHARDSON, TX 75083-0688. We cannot accept credit card payments online, but can call you for your credit card
information if you will provide a daytime phone number below. Orders must be paid in advance and will begin being
processed as soon as payment arrives. All prices include cost of shipping and handling. Allow 10-14 days for processing.
